HÀ NỘI — The Ministry of Construction has offered nearly  八0. 五 八 million shares of the largest ceramics producer Viglacera in an attempt to offload the State capital in the company.

The transactions are expected to take place between June  二 七 and July  二 一,  二0 一 八 via order-matching trading on the stock market.

The ministry is representing the Government to hold nearly  五 四 per cent of capital in Viglacera, equal to nearly  二 四 二 million shares.

The shares will be traded at the price level minimum of VNĐ 二 六, 一00 (US$ 一. 一 六) per share and above the average price of the last  三0 trading sessions prior to the information disclosure date.

If the ministry sells out the entire  八0. 五 八 million shares, it will reduce the State ownership in Viglacera to  三 六 per cent or more than  一 六 一. 四 million shares. The ministry plans to sell the remaining stake in Viglacera in  二0 一 九.

Viglacera is trading  四 四 八. 三 五 million shares on the Hà Nội Stock Exchange under code VGC. The firm’s shares soared  八. 一 per cent to close Friday at VNĐ 二 四,000. — VNS
